Unlike heavy cast-iron valves that require additional pipe supports, this unit is engineered with an aluminum body to match the Infinity piping system perfectly. It provides full-flow performance with minimal pressure drop, making it the ideal “Main Shut-Off” for compressor rooms, loop isolation, and building entry points.

• Lightweight Aluminum Body:

Constructed from die-cast aluminum alloy, this valve is significantly lighter than comparable iron or steel valves. This reduces the structural load on your piping system and makes installation at height much easier and safer for technicians.

• Space-Saving Wafer Design: The ultra-slim profile fits snugly between two flanges. It requires a fraction of the installation space compared to a large ball valve or gate valve, allowing for tighter piping layouts in crowded mechanical rooms.
• Simple “Quarter-Turn” Operation: Features a geared handle (or lever on smaller sizes) that allows for slow, controlled opening and closing. This prevents “water hammer” shock waves that can damage piping when large valves are snapped shut too quickly.
• High-Performance Sealing: Equipped with a resilient EPDM or NBR seat that provides a bubble-tight seal against the disc. The seal also acts as the flange gasket, eliminating the need for separate gaskets during installation.
• Visual Position Indicator: The handle assembly clearly shows whether the valve is Open or Closed from a distance, simplifying safety checks during maintenance lockouts.

Installation Requirement

Requires Flanges: To install this valve into an Infinity pipe system, you must use Infinity Flange Adapters (Stub Ends) and backing rings on either side of the valve. The valve is sandwiched between the two flanges and secured with bolts.
