- Shut-Off & Exhaust (2-in-1 Action):
Unlike a standard valve, the L-O-X valve performs two functions with one motion. When you push the handle to the “Closed” position, it blocks the incoming main supply and simultaneously opens an exhaust port to vent all downstream air. This eliminates the risk of pneumatic actuators firing unexpectedly due to trapped air.
- OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 Compliance: Designed specifically for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. The unique handle design includes large loops that accept a safety padlock (or a hasp for multiple locks). The valve cannot be opened until the padlock is removed, ensuring the technician is safe.
