Based on the industry-leading Clean Resources Micro Series, these units are the perfect “set it and forget it” solution for piston compressors, small rotary screws, and scroll units. They effectively separate oil from condensate, ensuring that the water discharged into your drain is clean (<10 ppm oil carryover) and legal.

How It Works

1. Inlet: Condensate enters the top of the unit from your compressor, tank, or dryer.
2. Depressurization: The housing allows air to vent, calming the fluid.
3. Adsorption: The fluid passes through the media bed. The media attracts and locks onto the oil molecules, trapping them permanently inside the cartridge.
4. Discharge: Clean, filtered water passes through to the bottom outlet and flows via gravity to your sewer or drain.
