Breaking away from heavy, traditional zinc die-cast bodies, the Evo Series is engineered with high-strength technopolymers. The Three Stages of Air Prep

  1. Filtration (The Guard)

The first stage removes moisture and particulate matter from your airline.

  • Condensate Separation: Effectively removes water droplets to prevent rust and corrosion in downstream tools.
  • Filter Elements: Available in standard 20 micron or fine 5 micron filtration to scrub dust and debris.
  • Drain Options: Choose between Semi-Automatic (drains when pressure drops) or Fully Automatic (drains continuously as water accumulates).
  1. Regulation (The Control)

The central stage stabilizes air pressure to ensure consistent tool torque and reduce energy waste.

  • Lockable Knob: The push-to-lock adjustment knob prevents accidental pressure changes due to vibration or operator error.
  • Precision Rolling Diaphragm: Ensures accurate pressure stability even during fluctuating flow demand.
  • Integrated Gauge Port: Includes a front-facing pressure gauge for easy visual monitoring.
  1. Lubrication (The Life-Extender)

The final stage injects a fine oil mist into the air stream to protect moving parts.

  • Venturi Fog Technology: Creates a consistent, micro-mist that travels far downstream to lubricate valves, cylinders, and air motors.
  • Refill Under Pressure: Innovative design allows you to refill the oil reservoir without shutting down the air supply, eliminating maintenance downtime.
  • Micrometric Adjustment: The transparent dome allows precise visual setting of the oil drip rate.
